Cleaning between guests for Airbnb and short-term rentals (STR).
Turnover cleaning between guests, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, linen changes and checking agreed amenities and supplies.
What’s included.
- Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living areas.
- Change bed linens and set out fresh towels.
- Dust, vacuum, mop and remove trash.
- Wash and fold linens and towels on site. Unfinished laundry is taken off site in bags labeled with the unit name or address.
- Restock supplies provided by the owner.
- Tidy the porch and patio.
- Spot clean sliding glass doors and main entrance glass. Full window cleaning is not included.
- Check the property and report damage or forgotten items.
Laundry return is coordinated with the host.
